CNB St. Louis Bank is proud to announce that Sara Ruemker, Family Service Director at Baue Funeral Home and St. Charles Memorial Gardens, has joined the St. Charles Community Board of Directors. CNB’s Community Board members act as representatives for the Bank, advocating for its products and services, and striving to cultivate enduring and beneficial relationships within the community.

"We are thrilled to welcome Sara to our board. Her distinguished career at Baue, dedicated to supporting families during their most challenging times, speaks volumes about her commitment and expertise” noted Eric Kappelmann, Vice President, Commercial Banking and St. Charles Board Liaison. "Sara's understanding of family needs and ability to empower them with foresight and compassion align perfectly with our bank's mission to serve our community with integrity and sensitivity. We look forward to her contributions and the unique perspective she will bring to our board".

With Baue Funeral Home and St Charles Memorial Gardens, Sara proudly serves as a nationally recognized sales leader and values service for families she assists above all else. She has a strong background in serving families during vulnerable times, empowering them with tools to navigate life’s challenges; while also ensuring thoughtful preplanning for funeral services and cemetery arrangements, allowing them to make beautiful, wise, and sound decisions for their loved ones.

In the Greater St. Charles community, Sara previously sat as the former chair of the Safe Connections Young Professionals Board, works closely with various Chambers of Commerce in St Charles County, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Lindenwood Women in Leadership program.

Sara was born and raised in North County and went on to graduate from Lindenwood University with both a Bachelor’s degree in English and Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration. Sara calls Jefferson County home where she lives with her husband and their three young children. When away from work, she can be found traveling with her family, cheering on the kiddos at youth sports, and enjoying time with friends.
