CNB St. Louis Bank is pleased to announce that Andrew Abraham has joined the bank as Vice President, Commercial Lending. In this role, Andrew will manage commercial relationships and further develop the bank’s commercial loan portfolio out of CNB’s Maplewood location at the corner of Manchester and Oakview Terrace.
Andrew Abraham is a seasoned commercial banker with an impressive 13-year tenure, with the majority of those years being in the St. Louis region. Throughout his distinguished career, Andrew’s areas of specialty encompass a broad spectrum within the real estate landscape, including commercial, residential, and multi-family. Additionally, his lending expertise spans, industrial, manufacturing, franchise investment, and various other industries. Andrew's passion for real estate and development is deeply ingrained, shaped by his upbringing in a construction-oriented family. With an engineer grandfather and a commercial general contractor father, Andrew's early exposure to the industry laid the groundwork for his specialization in residential and commercial real estate development and investment.
His professional journey includes valuable stints at renowned firms such as Cushman Wakefield, a global real estate powerhouse, and Florida ROI, a prominent commercial brokerage firm based in Tampa, Florida. At these organizations, Andrew honed his expertise in commercial retail development and land sales, particularly in the Tampa and surrounding markets. In addition to his banking prowess, Andrew is a franchisee and small business owner, offering him a unique perspective on the intricacies of franchise and business ownership.

Andrew’s deep-rooted connection to the community is complemented by a solid educational foundation, in which he earned his bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Beyond his professional pursuits, Andrew is actively engaged in the community. He serves on the Young Professional Board of the non-profit organization City League. Andrew is also a Committee Member on the Tower Grove South Development Committee.
