Ben Hillman, an operating partner at Lewis and Clark Capital, currently holds the position of President for their restaurant investments, overseeing Hi-Pointe Drive In and Chicken Out. Hillman pursued his education at the University of Denver, where he earned a degree in Finance. After completing his academic journey, he spent a decade in Denver, where he managed multiple fast-casual restaurant concepts.
In 2016, Hillman returned to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, and embarked on his career at Lewis and Clark Capital as an Analyst. In 2019, he initiated the restaurant investment platform at Lewis & Clark and spearheaded the initial two investments of Hi-Pointe and Chicken Out. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Hillman is deeply committed to community service.

His businesses have generously contributed to various charitable causes, including It's Your Birthday, Care STL, and Pedal the Cause. Furthermore, he actively collaborates with and supports local organizations, where he services on the leadership board of the Little Bit Foundation and actively participates in the Hillman Scholars' Mentorship Program.
