Recently, CNB St. Louis Bank has added six new members to their regional Community Boards. Members serve as ambassadors to CNB, guiding the institution's strategic direction and ensuring we meet the needs of the community we serve. The boards and their members bring diverse perspectives and expertise, fostering strong and valuable relationships between the bank and local stakeholders. “We’re excited to add new members to our Community Boards. We value the diverse perspectives we gain from the groups as a whole and enjoy fostering the new relationships and insights these community groups provide,” commented Jeff Camilleri, Chief Banking Officer and South/Central Community Board leader.

Alex Araiza | Crane Agency

We welcome Alex Araiza to the CNB St. Louis Bank Professional Community Board. Alex's extensive background in economic development and insurance consulting makes him an asset to our team.

Alex joined Crane Agency in 2018 after a successful 5-year career in economic development where he focused on supporting business growth in St. Louis. Embracing the opportunity to join the family business, Alex quickly established himself as a proficient insurance consultant, and has grown his expertise in commercial and personal insurance lines, specializing in property and casualty, workers’ compensation, management liability, and cyber liability insurance. He serves clients across various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and construction, and professional sectors like accounting and consulting.

At Crane, Alex collaborates with the Benefits and Risk Management departments to provide comprehensive support, including group health programs, claims consulting, contract review, and coverage analysis. His hands-on approach ensures that his clients receive tailored and effective insurance solutions. Randy Bueckendorf | BEX Construction Services

We welcome Randy Bueckendorf to the CNB St. Louis Bank South/Central Community Board. Randy brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to our team.

Randy is the founder and president of BEX Construction Services, a company renowned for its rapid growth and excellence in the construction industry and was ranked St. Louis’ second-fastest growing private company in 2022. Founded in 2014, BEX has won the American Subcontractors Association’s General Contractor of the Year Award three times. The company's success is a testament to Randy's hands-on approach and passion for building. His astute field experience has been instrumental in shaping the BEX team, which is known for combining engineering excellence with agility and resilience in the field. BEX excels in various sectors, including logistics, education, retail, and healthcare, guided by core values of Service, Hard Work, Integrity, Experience, Listening, and Delivery. The firm recently completed its new headquarters in Maryland Heights, providing ample room for future expansion.

Heather Kemper | Miriam School and Learning Center

We welcome Heather L. Kemper, CFRE, ACNP, to the CNB St. Louis Bank South/Central Community Board. With over 20 years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit management, Heather is dedicated to driving positive change through philanthropy.

Heather is a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) and an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional (ACNP), and currently works as the Director of Advancement for Miriam School and Learning Center, a nonprofit that empowers children with learning differences. Heather’s dedication to fostering lasting and valuable relationships within the community aligns with CNB’s mission. Her extensive background includes serving as an Opinion Shaper writer for The Suburban Journals and earning PR coverage in prestigious outlets such as the New York Times, Times magazine, and MSNBC.

Beyond her professional achievements, Heather has been recognized for her community contributions, including being crowned Mrs. Missouri America in 2016, and since has been an inspirational speaker, advocating for inner beauty and community involvement among children, teens, and adults. Heather is also on the board for the Rotary Club of St. Louis, and the co-founder of 100 Women Who Care – St. Charles Chapter.

Dustin Hoog | Signarama, The Balance Business Dad

We welcome Dustin Hoog to the CNB St. Louis Bank St. Charles Community Board. Dustin's extensive experience and dedication to both his professional and personal pursuits make him a great addition to our team.

Dustin is a seasoned coach with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with more than half of that time focused on real estate and business. He has a remarkable track record of coaching and training countless business professionals and salespeople, guiding them in building successful enterprises and achieving their desired lifestyles. Dustin firmly believes that wealth in this country is primarily generated through real estate, business ownership, and stocks, and he is committed to helping his students navigate these dynamic fields.

Beyond his coaching career, Dustin is a successful entrepreneur. He owns and operates a local sign company, Signarama and is the co-founder of The Balance Business Dad, a coaching and mastermind podcast dedicated to supporting business dads in balancing their professional and personal lives.

Brian McGeehan, MAcc, CFA®, CLU® | Gatewood Wealth Solutions

We welcome Brian McGeehon to our CNB St. Louis Bank Professional Board. Brian is a Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Wealth Advisor at Gatewood Wealth Solutions, a nationally recognized wealth management firm. Starting as an intern in 2008, Brian quickly advanced to financial advisor and then to the leadership team. As CFO, he handles the company's financial operations, implementing models for compensation, budgeting, and profitability assessment. 

Under his leadership, Gatewood Wealth Solutions earned recognition by Barron’s as one of the nation’s top 1,200 advisors. As a Wealth Advisor, Brian ensures exceptional client care, especially during crucial life decisions. His expertise includes asset allocation, tax strategies, and wealth transfer consultation.

In 2021, Brian and three principals purchased Gatewood Wealth Solutions, leading to the firm's expansion and enhanced client services. He holds a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Missouri Columbia, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation, and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation. Brian also maintains his Series 6, 7, and 63 securities registrations and a Life and Health license. He is also on the Development Board of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation and Financial Council of Immaculate Conception of Dardenne Prairie.

We welcome Jason Nedvin to the CNB St. Louis Bank Professional Community Board. Jason brings a wealth of experience to the board, with a robust background spanning 10 years in the financial sector.  
 

Jason’s expertise in Capital Markets, Risk Management, and Compliance Regulations has made him a sought-after consultant for major banks worldwide. Throughout his career, Jason has gained valuable insights into the banking industry, making him a perfect fit for our board's mission. In the past five years, Jason has made a significant career transition from the corporate world to revitalizing and restructuring a local family-owned business. In his role, Jason has successfully managed both the financial and operational aspects of the manufacturing and retail enterprise, showcasing his versatility and leadership skills. 

Jason’s unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience will undoubtedly contribute to the Professional Board's efforts in fostering growth and collaboration within the St. Louis business community.
