- For your first login, your Login ID and Password are the same. You do not need to re-enroll.
Login with your existing ID and password. You will need to know your login ID for the first login since your browser autofill will reset. You'll be asked to change your password, but it can be the same password as long as it meets the new password requirements. - Account alerts will need to be re-established
We have a number of new alert options we are excited to offer! If you have any custom alerts set up on your account, they will need to be re-established after the upgrade. - You might need to update your app or download a new app
Beginning Wednesday, March 24th, the old mobile banking app will no longer work. What you need to do depends on your device type and your device's app updated settings. Get device-specific instructions on our mobile app upgrade page. - Browser Compatibility
The upgrade requires a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. The upgraded digital banking system will not work with Internet Explorer. See browser compatibility information here. - QuickBooks and Quicken users
If you are using Quickbooks or Quicken with your online banking, you will need to modify your settings to ensure your data transfers smoothly with the updated system. Click here for conversion instructions.
